institutes in the fields of AI, secondary battery materials, and low-carbon hydrogen energy.

Venture Platform Introduction

As the speed of innovation accelerates, it is becoming difficult for large corporations to keep up with the pace of ventures. Therefore, we will lead future technology R&D trends by improving the success rate of technology commercialization and shortening the required period through open collaboration based on the flexible organization and superior human resources of business ventures.

Through the establishment of an industry-academy-research-government venture platform that encompasses the basic research and cultivation of superior professionals at Pohang Accelerator Laboratory, commercialization research of RIST, commercialization projects of the POSCO Group, and cooperation with national/local governments and top venture capitals at home and abroad, POSCO N.EX.T Hub controls the POSCO Group’s R&D. Through these efforts, we want to become a tower that will advance the business of the POSCO Group and discover new businesses.
